How Can You Help TNABA?
The Tennessee Association of Blind Athletes (TNABA) is staffed entirely by volunteers. We have no paid staff so we depend upon the generosity of people and organizations like you to support our programs that changes the lives of so many. TNABA is recognized by the IRS as a 501©3 non-profit organization. All contributions made to us are tax deductible.

Annual Gifts
The TNABA relies on strong annual support from our many friends to help us with day-to-day operating costs. Unrestricted gifts provides us with the flexibility to enhance existing programs, develop new services, and continue to succeed as a leader in sports experiences for the blind and visually impaired of Tennessee.

Matching Gifts
Your gift can be doubled, or even tripled, if you or your spouse work for a company with a matching gift program. All you need to do is obtain a matching gift form from your human resources department, fill it out, and mail it to:

Products or services, which have the effect of reducing our operating costs, are greatly appreciated.

Sponsoring an Athlete

If you would like to help sponsor a specific athlete for an event or for the year you may make a tax deductible donation into that athletes “Athletic Development Account”.  Your generous donation will help an athlete with transportation, entrance fees, lodging, personal equipment, membership dues and any other expenses they may acure while attending competitions, camps and events. 

Fundraising Donations
Donating items that can be used in fundraisers such as craft shows, silent auctions, car washes, use of facilities and others can go a long way in the production of a great fundraiser. Fundraisers are the main way we earn money to support TNABA and we are not afraid of working hard for a cause we believe so deeply in.
